The 探花精选 was selected as聽design/build contractor for a new chemical manufacturing facility to meet the needs of Jones-Hamilton, a long-time RLG customer. Jones-Hamilton is the world鈥檚 largest manufacturer聽of dry acid sodium bisulfate, used in the agriculture, water treatment, animal feed and food industries.

This Richburg, South Carolina facility is a 43,000-square-foot Varco-Pruden pre-engineered聽metal warehouse and metal packaging/maintenance structure聽with a 4,000-square foot office building.

Rudolph Libbe Properties assisted Jones-Hamilton in site selection, evaluation & incentives, saving聽them a significant amount of time and money.

Together Rudolph Libbe Inc. and GEM Inc.聽coordinated structural steel, piping, and electrical work. Features of the new facility include聽a 聽spray/congealing tower and bucket elevator.

RLG and Jones-Hamilton have a 35-year relationship that began with the聽construction of the first Jones-Hamilton 聽remote production facility in Wood County in 1981.聽 Since that time, we helped them rebuild dozens of 聽reactor vessels in our fabrication shop rather than replacing the entire vessel at a聽much greater cost to our client. We鈥檝e also handled ongoing maintenance and repair聽jobs over the past three decades, including a major expansion completed in 2009.
